TermPay is a term maintenance and refurbishment contract management solution. If your organisation operates a multi operator framework, TermPay can transform how you run your framework.

TermPay allows all parties involved in the running of a framework to collaborate. Using the app, a client user can build up a list of tasks needed to be completed for a house refurbishment job and recommend a contractor from the field.

When a contractor has been appointed to the refurbishment job, they can use to app to view the job, mark the work completed, upload images and message all the stakeholders for the project.

If there are any additions to a job that only become apparent after the job has started, the contractor can update the scope of works from their app, and all the changes will be recorded and highlighted.

Each project has its own message thread where all users assigned to a project can communicate. Users can post images of the house as it progresses through the project lifecycle as well as text messages. The app uses push notifications to notify users when a new message has been sent to a project to which they are assigned.
